Prices
Our pricing is based on a daily rate, with a discount for bookings of two or more consecutive days. The price is the same for all the programmes and you can mix and match days (eg a 2 day booking consisting of a taster day followed by a full day workshop). For large groups, two tutors can be booked for a single day at the two day rate.

1 day workshop £325 plus VAT
Book 2 or more days receive 5% discount
Book 5 or more days receive 10% discount

Payment
Invoices must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the commencement date of the booking.

Cancelled bookings will incur a cancellation fee as follows:
More than 12 weeks notice - 10% of the invoiced fee
4 to 12 weeks notice - 50% of the invoiced fee
2 to 4 weeks notice - 75% of the invoiced fee
Less than 2 weeks notice - 100% of the invoiced fee

Should brightFX not be able to complete a booking for any reason, your fee will be refunded in full.

Organisation
Maximum class size is normally 30 pupils per tutor. Younger children (particularly 4 and 5 year olds) need more individual support and the class size is reduced to a maximum of 10.

In your pack you will find a timetable for each day that you have booked. Please have the completed timetable available for the brightFX tutor on arrival. Whilst our tutors have a great deal of experience of working with young people they are responsible for teaching the class but not for major problems of discipline. A teacher, or other suitable adult helper, will be required to ensure that there is minimal disruption.

At no time will a member of brightFX staff supervise school children without the presence or a teacher or school-approved adult acting in loco parentis.
